Mindful Vibe

"Meditate and Sit" is a mindfulness meditation class aimed at reducing the suffering caused by repetitive stress in daily life and practicing living freely.

There is no religious color to "Meditate and Sit." Additionally, it avoids learning focused on difficult philosophies or knowledge. Through the use of textbooks and worksheets, it teaches systematic and concrete methods of meditation. The class aims to provide practical meditation guidance that can be applied directly in everyday life.

"Meditate and Sit" consists of three stages:

  1. One-Day Class: : A class where you can experience what meditation is about. There are classes for mindfulness meditation and eating meditation.

  2. Regular Meditation: : An 8-week course that builds the basics of meditation.

  3. Meditation Book Class: : An 8-week plus class where you read books on the theory of mind action, practice in daily life, and study.
