This class is designed so that you can experience what meditation is and how to meditate without any religious ambiguity, and you can hear about the regular course classes in advance and choose them yourself.
This is a mindfulness meditation class where you reflect on the repetitive stress you experience in your daily life, reduce suffering, and practice living freely. There is nothing religious about sitting and meditating. Also, avoid learning that focuses on difficult philosophy or knowledge. This class aims to provide daily, practical meditation guidance that can be directly applied in real life.
